STUFF WE DO
Senior Choir – meets each Wednesday in the church sanctuary during the school year from 6:30-7:30 pm and is open to those in grades 9 to adult. It is a time for good singing and good friendship. The choir usually sings in worship about three times each month. Special music coordinator Jan Lange leads the choir.
Women’s Bible Study – women who gather on the third Monday evening of the month at the church.
Sunday Coffee Fellowship – coffee, juice and tasty goodies are served every Sunday following worship by a team of church members who are assigned to serve four times per year. Come down to the community room after worship and see who made the best goodies.
Women’s Retreat – once a year (spring) the women of the church gather at a nearby retreat center for a weekend of faith formation and rejuvenation.
Scrapbooking Retreat – twice each year (usually March and October) people gather for a weekend of scrapbooking and crafting.
Boy Scout Troop 54 – Epiphany sponsors the Eagle Lake Boy Scout troop, who meet for their weekly meetings at our church.
Adult Adventures – all adults are welcome to this group that originally started for our older group. Every other month they gather for events like a movie afternoon or a potluck dinner or short trips to area museums.
Altar Guild – volunteers who set up the altar for Holy Communion and hang the banners in front of the worship space.
Ornament Exchange Christmas Brunch – An annual part of preparing for Christmas includes a brunch and ornament exchange.
Epiphany Carnival – each September we have a carnival on the church lawn with games, bouncy houses and carnival foods. Members host family games for our neighbors. This fundraiser provides affordable family fun.
Morning Blend – sings at worship once per month. If you like upbeat music, you will enjoy this group.
Vacation Bible School – one week each summer we have fun with our youngest learners.
Faith Formation – is for children ages 3 – grades 5. We gather in the sanctuary at 10:15 am each Sunday to explore God's love for the world.
Church Council and Church Committees – is an opportunity to joyfully serve our neighbors by providing leadership and vision for the congregation.
Adult Sunday School - gathers each Sunday morning at 10:30 am for those in grades 6 through adults. They discuss the Bible Story that was the focus of worship that morning.
Confirmation Classes - youth in grades 6, 7 and 8 gather on Wednesday evenings during the school year to learn more about their Christian faith. Youth are invited to affirm their faith on Confirmation Sunday in October of their 9th grade.
